The position is responsible for the deployment and ongoing support (L3) of collaborative
messaging technologies throughout the Company XXX enterprise based on O365 Productivity cloud
services such as Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams and others. This role will provide
engineering, and technical support (L3) for the messaging infrastructure.
Minimum 5 to 7 years progressively responsible experience in electronic messaging, implementation, and design within
a large-scale O365 environments (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune), Exchange
environments, IP based enterprise voice and video-conferencing solutions – certificates are advantage.
Familiar with email authentication standards SPF/DKIM/DMARC
Understand ITIL based IT operation mode and continue the effort for process excellence, process oriented
Security experience with policies and practices for Messaging and E-collaboration environments
Application design and operating experience with majority of common messaging to include SMTP, POP3, IMAP,
Mime, X-400, X-500, UU Encoding, LDAP Directory services
Strong Knowledge of Office 365 support technologies, especially Identity and Access management, including but not
limited to, Active Directory, AAD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SSO solutions, Azure
Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, Azure AD RMS - AIP, MFA
Good documentation and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments and enthusiastically support project goals Ability to work
