Challenges
• Technical and application support, onsite and offsite, for customers and regional teams within projects
• Lead issue Tracking, diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve goals
• Active cooperation within the company (communication of customer requirements, e.g. addition of new functionality or completion of new software solutions).
• Prepare internal / external training materials on products, technical services, technologies and industry trends
• Educate and train internal and external customers
• Recommend Product and customer service Improvements
• 24/7 emergency on-call operation
